Months before telling first responders she was “possessed” when she fatally plowed her Audi into a Brooklyn mom and two children, wigmaker and influencer Miriam Yarimi recorded herself being dragged out of bed by cops to be involuntarily committed to a psych ward.

Yarimi, 32, is facing charges including manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, assault, reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed driving, running the red light and speeding for the blistering Saturday crash in Midwood.

In December, Yarimi won a $2 million settlement from the city after she filed a lawsuit alleging NYPD Officer George Mastrokostas repeatedly raped her for several years after falsely arresting her when she was 14, public records show.

In October, cops showed up in Yarimi’s Midwood home and yanked her out of bed after she refused their orders to get up on her own. She has filed a notice of claim seeking $5 million in damages from the city for locking her up in a psych ward against her will for two weeks starting Oct. 9.

“If you guys have a problem with me exposing the truth you can take it up with God,” Yarimi says in a video she posted to Instagram seen by the Daily News, lying down in bed while at least four NYPD officers stand in the room, another visible in the doorway.

“What’s the truth?” asks one of the cops.

“The truth is I’m good,” replies Yarimi.

“Ma’am, can I get your clothes?” another officer says.

“I’m not going anywhere,” Yarimi says. “This is my bed. You barged into my home without my knowledge, without a warrant, without even a reason to why you’re here, without a validating excuse.”

The officers begin to remove the bedspread and pull her up.

“Look, look,” says Yarimi, going limp, her nightgown falling down, exposing her breasts. “Look, I’m not even resisting, look.”

The video ends abruptly as Yarimi is removed from her bed. She was taken to Coney Island Hospital and kept there against her will for two weeks, according to the notice of claim filed by her lawyer.

After the video ends a text message appears, reading “My ex called them to tell them I’m gonna kill myself”.

Yarimi’s lawyer Andrew Laufer filed the notice of claim January 25, indicating she would be suing the city and the hospital for false imprisonment, medical malpractice, negligence and deprivation of civil rights for pulling her out of bed and her forced stay in the hospital.

Yarimi is seeking $5 million in damages for “injuries to the body, face and limbs, the full extent of which is not presently known, emotion[al] distress, anguish, loss of enjoyment of life”, according to court papers.

Police say they have no record of the trip to the hospital.

Natasha Saada, 35 was in the crosswalk with her three young children at Ocean Parkway and Quentin Road when Yarimi careened into them Saturday, police said. The mom and her two daughters, Deborah, 5, and Diana, 8, were rushed to Maimonides Medical Center but couldn’t be saved, cops said. Natasha’s 4-year-old son was also struck and remains in critical condition.

After the crash, Yarimi told responding medics she was possessed, police said.

After being taken to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn in stable condition, Yarimi was transferred to the psychiatric ward of Bellevue Hospital, law enforcement sources said. Her arraignment is pending in Brooklyn Criminal Court.
