Mr. Martin,of Henry, moved to amend the resolution by striking out Monday, the 25th, and inserting Wednesday, the 27th inst. Mr. Witten offered to amend the amendment by substituting April 1st, for Wednesday, the 27th inst. The amendment was adopted and the question was then taken on the adoption of the amendment as amended. The amendment as amended way opposed the resolution offered by Mr. Coller.
