Trouble for the party in Power. The generally well posted Washington correspondent of the New York Express states that over fifty millions of dollars will be wanting by the Government for the six months beginning in March--we suppose that much more than is provided for — unless there is a settlement of the national troubles during that time. He adds, that prominent Bankers in all parts of the country are sending assurances that it will be impossible to raise money, unless the reasonable propositions of the border States are accepted, in which case they promise to pour out their money like water.
