Johnston has issued orders granting a full pardon to all deserters in this department who will rejoin their commands immediately. Nothing from Vicksburg or Port Hudson.--No firing heard there this morning. A Yankee Catard Shelbyville, Tenn., June 20. --Nashville papers of the 18th, containing New York dates of the 17th, are received. Dix's army is reported near Richmond, supported by iron clads and gunboats from the James and York rivers.
