Messrs. Editors:--Allow me to say to the Public, and more especially to the ladies, through the columns of your valuable paper, has while they are making great and praise worthy efforts at nearly all of our hospitals or the relief of sick soldiers, our Northwestern army, (and officer army, never was marveled in any field,) as far as I can learn, seems here in a great measure neglected or overlooked.
There are hospital at Warm Springs, Mill to and Huntsville, with many sick, but especially at Huntsville, which is located in an isolated part of the world.
The hospital is silent with sick, s ly ir m from the South-- Tennessee, Georgia and North Carolina.
Monterey in Highland county, I don't know so much about, but presume it needs many of the delicacies which are so pleasing and grateful to the sick.
But Huntsville and Millboro', I do know, are nearly destitute of all such things,
