Stealing a watch and chain. --Sam, slave of James Tapscott, and Emanuel, slave of Bolling W. Haxall, were arraigned before the Mayor yesterday, the first for stealing and the latter for receivirecognized as a former acquaintance in the army. He was then introduced to another negro named Emanuel, and the three, at Sam's suggestion, went into a neighboring groggily to get a drink. After imeft, and he saw nothing more of him till Sunday, when, seeing them both together he had Sam and Emanuel arrested.
