Gen. Finegan. --General Finegan, the hero of Lake City, is an Irishman by birth. In early life he enlisted as a private in the United States regular army. After his discharge he removed to Florida, where he became employed, we are informed, as an engineer. By intelligence and good conduct be prospered in his affairs, married eligibly, and immature at tending citizen.
