Robinson, of Henrico, arrested on Friday morning Emmet Perce and Joseph August, the first for stealing apples and oats, and the last named for stealing apples and shooting at — Kahn. Perce was admitted to bail in the sum of $500 to answer the offence before the proper authorities; but in August's case the matter was looked upon in a more serious light, and he was committed to prison.
