Gunboat Association. --An organization of this Association has been effected, and the following ladies have been appointed to collect funds for it in their respective districts. Let the laudable object for which this Association is established appeal successfully to the patriotism of every citizen of Richmond, and let this effort of the ladies receive that substantial response which it so richly merits: Mrs. J.
