II.. Med., of the claimant, go to law to establish one's claim, Pl.Lg.874a, PGnom.28,40 (ii A.D.); ἔχω . . τὸν κλῆρον ἐπιδικασάμενος I have obtained it by a lawsuit, Is.11.19.
