Both games were played at Estadio Ol�mpico de la Universidad Central de 
Venezuela in Caracas, Venezuela.

The tournament was organized by Instituto de Previsi�n Social del 
Periodista de Venezuela.

Originally, Vasco da Gama (Brazil) had been invited to the tournament, 
but they were prevented from the trip by a law in Brazil. Finally, the 
organisers tried to invite to Soviet Union, whose team was in Brazil, 
but they did not travell to Caracas.
