Materials
What instructional materials will you use? White board, ball , number line
What resources will you use? (visual aids, technology, specialists) Numbers printed on paper for the students to hold up.
Give students numbers and have them order themselves from least to greatest. Then do the same thing from greatest to least. The students will play a game where they will have to say the next number in order or they have to sit down. After a student correctly says the next number, they will pass the ball to the next person. They will all stand in a circle and the students will pass the ball to whoever they want. Students will complete the practice worksheet.
I will pass out the practice worksheet PW 13 and circulate while checking their answers. I will give help as needed. Have the students self grade with crayon and turn in the paper.
