troubleshooting: Regarding the "Install Queue", it is used to look for the network card to
be physically installed into your computer at time of boot-up to set it up
for network use.
This issue can occur if an aborted installation of the NIC driver caused it
to be busy as it was in installation process, and hence could not change
the properties on the local area connection.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
3. In the right panel, check if there are any entries in the RunOnce
subkey. If so, remove all the registry values under the RunOnce subkey.
4. Restart the machine and check if the problem persists.
Note: After restarting the computer, if its driver has been built in
Windows Vista, it will be detected and installed automatically.
