UTS Carrier is engaged in the supply, servicing and warehousing of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment,
spare parts and accessories within the UAE.

In 1983 Carrier and UTS entered into a joint venture to form UTS Carrier LLC to become the sole agent for Carrier
air conditioning equipment in the UAE with presence in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Am, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

UTS Carrier has a wide portfolio of products under its umbrella.

The Commercial Systems Business Unit (CMS) includes all chilled water systems (Chillers, fan coil units and AHU’s)
that sets standards for exceptional performance, energy efficiency and reliability and spans the broadest range of
buildings and applications.

The Residential and Light Commercial Business Unit ( RLC) includes Window Room Air conditioners, Duct Free
Split Systems, Ducted Split Systems and Package units suitable for small, medium and large scale applications
(residential and commercial) dedicated to improving quality of life by creating comfortable, healthy environments
in which to live.

The Service Business Unit has invested significantly in manpower and technology to serve Carrier’s customers in
the UAE by providing unparalleled service through the most highly trained service field force. In addition to Annual
Maintenance Contracts the after sales service division offers maintenance services, handles equipment repairs,
provides improved indoor air quality, Eddy Current testing, refurbishment and overhauling of the compressors and
so on.

The Parts and Allied Products Business Unit (PAP) offers wide range of GENUINE air-conditioning and refrigeration
parts, consumables and allied products. “TOTALINE” is a registered trademark of Carrier Corporation providing
genuine factory authorized parts.

The newly added Controls Business Unit explores new dimensions through a range of controls that can help meet
building temperature, humidly, ventilation and energy management needs by using high quality, easy to use,
integrated and reliable controls. These controls help to maximize the efficiency thereby prolonging the life of the
building comfort systems.

UTS Carrier aims at 100% customer satisfaction while being the preferred supplier in the air-conditioning and
