And here's the example of sentences with positive degree form

-the adjective use in the sentence is good and it is in the positive degree form

So next is the Comparative Degree (read the slide)

-It shows that the quality expressed by the adjective exists to a greater or to a lesser degree in one of
the two being compared.

-change y to i then add er (pretty)

-adding more or less before the adjective (more difficult-less famous)

-the adjective used in the sentence is darker which is in the comparative degree form

-It indicates that the quality expressed by the adjective is possessed to the greatest or to the least
degree by one of the person or things included in the comparison
