The program offers assistance in various capacities, designed to accommodate various use-case

Full-time and part-time educational assistance in case a Meeshoite wants to pursue higher education.
This includes studying for degrees, diplomas, etc.
Certification assistance for those who want to pursue certificate courses, both offline and online.
Assistance for personal development in other areas including hobby-related, learning languages, sports
and fitness and so on.

Meesops
The MeeSOP programme is completely inclusive, providing
every employee, irrespective of their seniority, to benefit from
Meesho’s rapid growth while ensuring 100 per cent of the
grant is vested by the end of 6 months. This provides both
opportunities and control to opting employees and helps
them cash in on Meesho’s frequent ESOP liquidation
programs.
Relocation Policy
Travel Entitlement
One way trip for Employee + Spouse + Dependent Children (2)
+ Dependent Parents (2) - for upto INR 12,000 per person
Accommodation
Accommodation is provided for first 10 days for upto INR 5000
per day
Brokerage expenses
Reimbursed at 1 month rental or at actuals (whichever is less)
Note: Employees can opt for relocation, however in that case they will not be eligible for getting flight tickets or stay
during the Quarterly Summits

5 days Relocation Leave to all Meeshoites to enable you and your family to rest,

Salary Advance
The maximum advance available is three months monthly CTC (Interest free). However, this
attracts a perquisite tax as per SBI interest rates

The intent of this policy is to encourage employees to help attract great talent to the
organization
