 First page: Details of learner: Name, Division, Class, Day and Date, Place of visit.
 Profile of Company visited (Name of the company, Founder/Owners members names,
Registered office, Nature of the company, Whether it’s public or private, etc.)
 General Observations with respect to Production planning and control, inventory
management, and Quality control- 500 words
 Personal experience during the visit and learning outcomes from the visit (500 words)
 Suggestions / Conclusion

(B) Answer the following (Any 05): (20 Marks)


1. What are mutual funds? Assume your grandfather gave you Rs.1,00,000 to invest, in which
mutual funds would you invest and why?
2. Explain money market and enlist instruments of money market.
3. What is a capital market? explain difference between primary and secondary markets.
4. What are initial public offerings? Name and describe three IPOs that went public in Financial
Year 2023–2024 in detail.
5. Explain SEBI's function in the Indian financial system. Identify 02 scams and explain their
modus operandi.
6. What are the key distinctions between a bull and bear market, and how do they affect investor
behavior?
7. Enlist the risk factors associated with commodities investing or trading, and how investors
might mitigate these risks.
