POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all men by these presents that I, Ranga Kiran S/o Late Ranga Venugopal
Aged: 35 years Occu: Private Employee R/o Flat No.412, Rammohana Towers, HUDA
Complex, Kothapet, Hyderabad 500060 do hereby constitute and appoint, Ranga
Rajeshwari W/o Ranga Kiran Aged: _____ years Occupation: Private Employee R/o Flat
No.412, Rammohana Towers, HUDA Complex, Kothapet, Hyderabad 500060, as my
lawful attorney in my name and on my behalf, to do all or any of following acts or things
with regard to my property.
The said attorney is no other than my WIFE and as such I am having full
confidence that she will act only as per my authorization through this document of
power of attorney. The reason for my giving this power of attorney as I am moving to
USA for Job purpose and it is not possible for me to come over India from time and
again due to which I am unable to look after a civil suit bearing O.S.No. 20/2022 on the
file of Hon’ble V Additional District Judge, Miryalaguda, for PARTITION and SEPARATE
POSSESSION OF SCHEDUE PROPERTIES and is pending.
I am not in a position to come over to India due to VISA problem as such. I am
giving this power to my attorney to my wife to act on my behalf, take decision in
prosecuting. I have handed over all the papers pertaining to suit to my wife while I am
leaving India, now the documents are under her custody.
To appoint counsel/s on my behalf for instituting, representing the said case as
well as for representing me in the execution petition, appeals, revisions, reviews and
other petitions depending upon the circumstances.
(1) To sign affidavits, petitions, grounds of appeal and any other papers that may
be required with regard to the case depending upon the circumstances.
(2) To give evidence in the case on my behalf and in my place in the case.
(3) To prefer appeals or revisions in the event of necessity in doing so from the
orders that would be passed in the case or in the connected matters with the
case and in such circumstances the attorney is also authorized to appoint
counsel/s for the said purpose and sign all the necessary papers for the said
purpose.
(4) To contest the appeals or revisions that would be filed by the other side in
future and in such circumstances the attorney is also authorized to appoint
counsels for the said purpose and sign all the necessary papers for the said
purpose.
(5) To enter into compromise with the respondents at any time depending upon
the circumstances by receiving the amounts for the said compromise and
also to sign the said compromise papers as well as other necessary papers.
(6) To sign any other papers before any Government Offices, or private offices,
or before any other person in respect of the subject matter of the said case.
(7) To add any other property/ies which are traced and liable for partition.
I do hereby declare that all the acts and deeds and things legally done or
executed by the said attorney shall be deemed to be as acts, deeds and things done by
me. I also bind myself to ratify and confirm all and whatever is done or lawfully caused
to be done for me on account of power given by these presents dated _____the day of
