Friendship Termination Contract

This Friendship Termination Contract is entered into on 30th of March 2024 between:

Tima, hereinafter referred to as the "First Party", residing at Hellshire, Portmore, and
Alec, hereinafter referred to as the "Second Party", residing at Jacksonville, Florida

Whereas, the First Party and the Second Party have maintained a friendship for a significant
period, sharing experiences, support, and camaraderie;

Whereas, the Second Party has recently entered into a romantic relationship, which has led to
a shift in priorities and dynamics within the friendship;

Whereas, the First Party recognizes the need to prioritize their emotional well-being as well
as the “Bonnet Buddy Pact” and acknowledges the impact of the Second Party's actions on
their friendship;

Whereas, both parties wish to formalize the termination of their friendship in a respectful and
mutually agreed-upon manner;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants contained herein, the
parties agree as follows:

Termination of Friendship: The First Party and the Second Party hereby agree to terminate
their friendship effective immediately upon the signing of this Contract.

No Obligations: Following the termination of their friendship, neither party shall have any
obligations or responsibilities towards the other, including but not limited to communication,
support, or participation in social activities.

Mutual Respect: Both parties agree to part ways amicably and with mutual respect. They
shall refrain from engaging in any behaviour that may cause harm or distress to the other
party.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep the details of this Contract confidential and shall
not disclose its contents to any third party without the express consent of the other party.

Reconciliation: The parties acknowledge that circumstances may change in the future, and
they reserve the right to reconsider their decision to terminate the friendship at a later date.
However, any such reconciliation shall be subject to mutual agreement.

Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of Friendship and bylaws of bros before hoes.
