LIVE-IN RELATIONSHIP AGREEMENT

THIS LIVE-IN RELATIONSHIP AGREEMENT is entered into on

25 January 2024 at HARYANA BETWEEN

Whereas today both of us parties together declare this live-in

relationship by writing that...
 The second party is married and from that marriage the second
party has a girl, Amrita, whose age is one and a half years and the first
party is not married. Due to the physical and mental trauma inflicted on
the second party by her husband, she has left her home of her own free
will and has come to live in a live-in relationship with the first party along
with her daughter.
We the parties know each other for the last six months and are
closely related to each other. There is a love affair between both of us.
We have decided to spend our future together with each other and hence
both of us have entered into this live-in relationship agreement.
In the future, no one else should give a wrong name to the
relationship between the parties to this agreement and therefore, staying
within the ambit of the law, this agreement of live-in relationship has
been entered into by both of us with understanding, consideration and
with our full consent. This agreement will be accepted, approved and
binding on both of us and this agreement is a legal basis for living a live-in
life with each other without getting married, considering the law and
circumstances. Therefore, with our complete consent, both of us will
write a live-in relationship settlement and live together in the same
house.
Both of us parties are legally strong and both of us are capable of
taking the decision of living together considering the good and bad of our
present and future and the families of both of us can go against our
relationship and decision, but our legal rights are protected. Like we both
have decided to live together and we both have left our families behind
and in this decision, there is no greed or pressure from either of us or any
other party on us and we both have decided to live together as per our
wish and consent.
Today both of us have entered into this agreement of live-in
relationship and have agreed to live together. The terms of the
agreement are as follows.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER
1. This is that the first party and the second party have to fulfill all the
responsibilities of each other after this day and they have to
maintain and take care of each other and the second party has to
make arrangements for the first party's food and take care of the
house.
2. It means that both of us are living with each other only as friends.
Because of which neither of us parties have any right to claim any
rights of husband and wife. The entire responsibility for the
education and maintenance of Amrita, the daughter of the second
party, will remain with the first party.
3. This is that in the above relationship, no husband-wife type of
relationship will exist between the first party and the second party
now or no such right can be claimed in the future and in the
approval of the Hindu Marriage Act, there will be no provision for
any such right under the Hindu Succession Act. They cannot
demand any kind of legal rights and claim any caste status but both
of us can live life like husband and wife, that is, we can behave like
husband and wife.
4. This means that in this live-in relationship, both of us have to live
with each other like a social bond, completing each other, but no
social relationship is applicable to any other party.
5. This is that both of us have decided to live with each other only as a
personal friendship but both of us can become husband and wife in
the future. Before this, we do not have to make both the parties
perform any rights like husband and wife.
6. The decision on where we will stay together will be taken by
discussing with each other. Currently, both of us do not live at any
permanent place.
7. This is that during the above agreement between us both the
parties have entered into a live-in relationship agreement only for
the benefit of each other party. Which will have to be fulfilled
properly.
8. This is that there is no immoral relationship between us two parties
and this relationship is limited to friendship only.
9. The situation is that the other side is not pregnant.
10. This is that the agreement has been written for live-in relationship
to remain throughout life and with the full consent of the first party
and the second party. On the basis of this writing, marriage bond
between them will not be considered. In this way, the legal
definition of live-in relationship, relationship of settlement and this
type of relationship of co-habitation, is given legality due to which
the live-in relationship between the first party and the second party
will be considered as legal.
11. This live-in relationship agreement is written on a Rs 100/- non-
judicial stamp paper.

This live-in relationship agreement has been entered into by both of us

willingly, with our understanding and with our consent, without any
kind of pressure and is acceptable and binding on all.
This is the first party to enter into a live-in relationship
