I, S.S.M.Uvaisna Lebbai, Power Agent of M.A.Basheer Ali, aged about ,


residing at New No.68/47, Muthumari Street, Chennai – 600 001, do hereby
solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:-
1. I am the petitioner herein and as such I am well acquainted with the facts of the
case.

2. I state that, I herein filed a RLTOP case for the willful default & other grounds on
the respondents.The case has been disposed of by the court.

3. I pray that this Hon’ble court may be pleaded to order for the return of court fee.

4. No prejudice what so ever would be caused to the Respondents if the same is


ordered. On the other hand I would be put to irretrievable injustice and
irreparable injury.

I therefore pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to return the court
fee for a sum of Rs.3,600/- and pass such further or other orders as this Honb’le
court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render
justice.
