Personal Statement

I am writing to express my strong interest in enrolling in the Accounting and Finance


course at Canterbury Christ Church University, as outlined in your prospectus. I have a strong
background in job experience and a strong interest in financial management, so I'm excited to
start an academic path that will help me advance my knowledge and abilities in this area.
By accurately and quickly completing client orders, I have improved my organizing
abilities in my present position at Natoora. My rigorous attitude to activities, such as inventory
management and quality control processes, has been instilled in me by this experience. I have
continuously proven that I am capable of working in a hectic setting to make sure that our
consumers only receive the best items.
My logistical expertise and attention to precision were further enhanced in my prior role
at Multifix Bury. By precisely managing inventory with scanners, barcodes, and serial numbers,
I improved my efficiency and met efficiency goals. Collaborating with a heterogeneous group, I
acquired significant expertise in communication and flexibility, which are essential proficiencies
in both academic and professional contexts. My time at Nando's improved my teamwork and
customer service abilities. I gained experience managing tasks as a Back of House Nandoca,
from meal preparation to keeping a hygienic and secure workspace. My time spent in
warehouses and this experience have given me a special skill set that fits in well with the
demands of a fast-paced accounting and finance degree.
My wide variety of interests and pastimes outside of work speak much about my well-
rounded personality. I think that everything I do in life should have a good influence, from
traveling and playing football to lending a helpful hand to others. I believe that Canterbury Christ
Church University's Accounting and Finance program will give me the real-world experience
and academic training I need to succeed in the financial industry.
When I make plans for the future, I want to use the all-encompassing education and real-
world experience that Canterbury Christ Church University's Accounting and Finance course
offers to help me advance into a lucrative job in financial management. The university's
distinguished academics and dedication to fostering a nurturing and intellectually engaging
atmosphere really appeal to me. In addition to attaining academic excellence, the practical
approach to learning and emphasis on real-world applications support my objective of gaining
the skills necessary to thrive in the fiercely competitive accounting and finance business.
