Title: The Proficiency Level of the Teaching Personnel in Eastern Capsay

Integrated School for School Year 2023 - 2024

Abstract: This research paper aims to investigate the proficiency level of the
teaching personnel in Eastern Capsay Integrated School during the academic year
2023-2024. The study will examine the qualifications, skills, and effectiveness of the
teachers in delivering quality education to students. Data will be collected through
surveys, interviews, and document analysis. The findings will provide insights into
areas of improvement and recommendations for enhancing the teaching quality in the
school.

Introduction: The proficiency level of teaching personnel is a crucial factor in


determining the quality of education in any educational institution. Eastern Capsay
Integrated School, like many others, places significant importance on the competence
and effectiveness of its teaching staff. This research aims to assess the proficiency
level of the teaching personnel in the said school for the academic year 2023-2024.
Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the teaching staff can lead to
targeted interventions and improvements in teaching quality, ultimately benefiting
the students and the school as a whole.

Scope and Delimitation: This study focuses specifically on the teaching personnel
