Sir/Madam,
I have been appointed as an Advocate Commissioner in the above case, as per the order of the
Hon’ble Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem in CrL.M.P.No.1167/2024, dated 23.07.2024, to take possession
of the following secured assets.

Description of Movable Properties:

The Whole of Borrowers present and future stocks of raw materials,


goods in process of manufacture and all finished and manufactured goods articles such as entire current
assets which now belong to or may hereafter from time to time during the continuance of this security
belongs to the borrower and which are or shall or may be brought into stored or be in or upon or about the
borrower's factory, godown and/ or other premises at 73/2, Nehru Nagar, North Udayarpalayam Attur – 636
102 or wherever else the same may be situate, stored or lying or being including any such raw materials,
articles of goods, stores, spares and components or other similar 4 movable property in course of transit or
delivery to the borrower. And All the borrowers present and future book debts outstanding monies,
Receivables, claims, bills, rights to or movable assets and which are now due, owing or payable or
belonging to the borrower or which may at any time hereafter during the continuance of this security
become due, owing, payable or belonging to the borrower in the course of its business.

9506 sq.ft totalling 11,049.5 sq.ft by excluding an extent of 176 sq.ft (16*11 belonging to Nagaraj) from
11,225 ½ sq.ft upon. Which an RCC Building measuring 16x11=176 sq.ft (office room) & ACC roofed
building Measuring 30*55=1650 sq.ft (Huller Hall) and a tiled measuring 27*35 = 945 sq.ft & another tiled
building measuring 35*20=700 sq.ft & another ACC building measuring 20*16=320sq.ft and with

measuring 50*80 bounded altogether by the site of Nagaraj & River on the North in the 2nd Item &

extgent of 1012 ½ sq.ft of land with constructions and all mamool pathway rights and easementary rights
more fully described in the schedule of the registered gifts settlement deed dated: 28.05.1999 under
Doc.No.1342/1999 and all 6 other appurtenance attached therein. Door Number 341, Water connection
number 856 and EB Service connection number 227B, 67B and its security deposit.
The Honorable CHIEF JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE, Salem has directed me with the assistances of the Inspector of
Police Attue Town and Taluk PS, and concern Revenue Officials to give the necessary assistances to the Petitioner
Bank in taking over the possession of the secured assets and to hand over the same to the Secured
Creditor/Applicant while taking possession of the said assets.
I intend to execute the Commission Warrant on 28.12.2024 Monday at 9.30 A.M.
Hence, I request you to be present and give the necessary assistance & protection at the time of execution of the
warrant and take possession of the secured assets and hand over the possession to the petitioner.
