DRAFTING OF PLEADINGS

1. Janardhan, S/o. Krishnaiah, borrowed Rs.2,50,000/- agreeing to pay 24% on 26th Feb,
2024 from G. SrinivasaYadav, S/o. Ramaiah executed a promissory note. The promissory
note was scribed by K. Venkat and attested by a Damodhar. SrinivasaYadav made
demands for the Repayment of the loan and also caused a lawyer’s notice dated 04-01-
2025 send to S. Janardhan Naidu. S. Janardhan Naidu who received the notice on 27-01-
2025 neither paid the amount nor he respond to the notice on 20th February, 2025
Srinivasa filed a suit for the recovery of the debt Draft the plaint.
2. Draft a written statement on behalf of Janardhan.
3. S. Mohan Reddy and Saraswathi both having married to each other, lived happily for
about two years after their marriage, but from one year S. Mohan Reddy, was subjecting
his wife to both physical and mental cruelty. In the circumstances, Saraswathi submits
that it has become undesirable and impossible for her to live with her husband Mohan
Reddy, Saraswathi seeks a decree for judicial separation. Draft an Original Petition.
4. Draft, on behalf of wife, a notice of motion, along with an affidavit in support thereof, in
and for custody of a minor girl. Draft an Affidavit.
5. An Establishment called M/s. Indira Trading Co., in Telangana applied for the Joint
Controller for Exports and Imports Business licence to Import Textile Machinery from
Germany. After several reminders, he received an on-line letter informing him that his
application was refused. The applicant was not even given an opportunity to be heard in
the matter. The management of establishment now files a writ petition in Telangana High
Court against the said order passed by the Joint Controller. Draft a Writ Petition.
6. A licence agreement was entered into between the plaintiff and defendant in respect of
premises belonging to the plaintiff. The agreement provided that the licensor could
terminate the license at any time by giving a 3 months’ notice in writing to the licensee.
In spite of such a notice have been sent. The defendant has not vacated the premises and
the plaintiff now ceases for possessions Draft Civil Suit.
7. Mrs. Jyothi is a window aged 67 years. Her son by name Mr. Raghu neglected her to
maintenance. He is working in a software company in Bangalore and draw a salary of Rs
1,00,000/- per month. As such Jyothi wish to file a petition for grant of maintenance.
. Draft a petition for claiming maintenance at the rate of Rs.25,000/- per month
against her son.
8. Mr. J. Siva Reddy assault Miss. Hansika near Bus Stand on 12th May, 2024 at 9.00 am,
motivated by ill will. Miss Hansika intends to file a complaint in court under Sec 115
BNS.
9. Ashish and Bhavin are involved in a dispute related to the possession of a Land. The suit
in the court is still pending and regularly creates nuisance by entering in to the land
without permission. Draft temporary Injunction.
10. M. Bhaskar, a, V.A.O. of a village, is put up for trial for an offence Under Section 316(5)
of BNS Criminal Breach of Trust by a public servant. The prosecution case against him is
that he failed to send the Government Treasury an amount of Rs. 30,000/- out of the
amount he had collect as land revenue. An offence U/sec 316(5) is a non-bailable offence.
The accused is an old man of 60 years and is an Under Trial Prisoner. Draft a
Application for Bail.
11. Ranjeet was travelling to Hyderabad from Warangal by Bus. He lost his education
certificates. File FIR.
12. Ram, Shyam, Shrihari and Karthik have committed Rape against Rajitha. All the accused
are acquitted by the High Court of Telangana. Draft a Special Leave Petition under
Article 136 of Constitution.
13. Chit fund Company XYZ is running since 2 years successfully. After Pandemic Company
is closed due to insufficient funds. Draft the Insolvency petition.
14. P. Ramya borrowed a sum of Rs.1,30,000/- from R. Rambabu and executed a promissory
note on 2-2-2023 agreeing to repay the same with 1% interest per month. Later on 1-2-
2025 she issued a cheque for Rs.1,30,000/- towards discharge of principal amount the
cheque is presented on 2-2-2025 in bank to encash, but it was dishonoured. Draft a
Statutory notice under section 138 of NI ACT.
15. Mr. G.Himakar filed a suit for recovery of money of Rs.1,95,000/- before Junior Civil
Judge, Nakerkal against the defendant T.Jithender. Plaintiff examined as PW1 and the
defendant is examined as DW1. Pronote is marked as Ex-A1. The lower court dismissed
the suit on the ground that the consideration is not passed under the pronote. Draft an
appeal to present before Principal District Judge, Nalgonda on suitable grounds.

CONVEYANCING

1. Mr. David wanted to take a loan of Rs.4,00,000/- from Mr.Vikram by keeping security of his
property to the Vikram as Mortgage and received the loan amount on 15th April, 2024. Draft
a Mortgage Deed.
2. Akash intends a lease out a building to Rakesh at a monthly rent of Rs. 5000/- for a period on
the termination of tenancy. Draft a Lease Deed.
3. Gautam intends to denote all his estate comprising land and buildings to his daughter Anusha
in consideration of the natural love and affection he has for her. Draft a Gift Deed.
4. B. Krishna Rao obtained a sum of Rs.50,000/- from Shankar with interest at 12% per annum.

7. R. Sarojini is owner of the house plot of admeasuring 150 Sq.Yds, situated at Kothagudem of
Khammam District and agreed to sell the house plot for Rs.80,00,000/- to Prashanthi. The
total money is paid. Draft a sale deed for registration with necessary terms.
8. S. Vikram is owner of wet land to an extent of Ac. 10-00 gts situated at Chandanampally
Village and entered into agreement with one S.Kumar on 12-12-2024 for sale of said property
for valid consideration of Rs.65,00,000/-. The Purchaser (S.Kumar) has paid an amount of
Rs.10,00,000/- as advance. Balance is to be paid at the time of registration. Draft an
agreement of sale incorporating necessary terms.
9. S. Ganesh, S. Bhuvaneshwari and S. Gopal are joint owners of the house bearing no. 11-33/2
admeasuring 300 sq.yds situated at Ragavendra colony of Nalgonda District. They intends to
partition the said property. Draft a partition deed with suitable terms.
10. Fatima has written a book on Intellectual Property Rights and decided to assign a Copyright
for a period of 10 years to Bina for the royalty of Rs. 100/- for each book sold by him. Draft
the Assignment Deed.
11. P. Naveen borrowed an amount of Rs 1,00,000/- from his friend by name Prakash agreeing to
repay the same along with 1 % per month as and when demanded by Prakash. P. Chandra
stood as guarantor to said transaction. Draft a Surety deed
12. Ravi having a 1000 sq. yds. Of Land which is Located near ORR. Shyam Builders offered to
Ravi for construction of Residential Apartments. Draft a Development Agreement.
13. R. Swathi is a owner of open land to an extent of 500 sqyds situated at Madanpalli,
Shadnagar. The owner being of residing at U.S.A intends to authorize her mother R.Vasantha
R/O. H No 1-260, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad to sell the property. Draft a Special power of
attorney.
14. Mr. Revanth Reddy owns Ac.10-00 of ancestral agricultural land in Chandur. He has three
sons Raju, Satish and Ajay and one daughter Lakshmi. The family has decided to partition the
land amicably. The land will be divided as follows: Raju: 3 acres (northern portion), Satish: 3
acres (central portion), Ajay: 3 acres (southern portion), Lakshmi: 1 acre (western edge).
All legal heirs have agreed and want to execute a registered Partition Deed.
15. Mr. Rajesh sold his agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2-00 in Survey No. 42, situated at
Narketpally, to Mr. Raghu through a registered sale deed dated 15th February 2025. Later,
both parties discovered that the land was under government acquisition and could not be
lawfully transferred. Upon mutual agreement, both parties decided to cancel the sale deed and
reverse the transaction. Mr. Raghu has returned the original sale deed, and Mr. Rajesh has
refunded the full sale consideration. Draft Cancellation Deed.
