PART-B

DRAFTING OF PLEADINGS

Note: Write briefly about the Topic in two pages before writing of each Pleadings (related
provisions and Acts)
1. Mr. Ramesh, a resident of Karimnagar entered into an agreement with Smt. Rekha who is
a resident of Nalgonda to purchase a 33” x 40” site situated in Nalgonda by giving a
token amount of 15 lakhs on 25th January, 2024. The above agreement was registered.
In that agreement they entered a clause saying that if a sale deed is not executed with in
the said period by the seller, the registered agreement will be treated as a sale deed and
the purchaser can take the possession. On 20th January, 2025 Mr. Ramesh went and
asked for execution of sale deed from Smt. Rekha, who refused to execute the same,
Prakash filed case. Draft a Plaint for this Case.
2. Mr.Dharmesh Who is a trader in supply of Wheat to whole sale shops. He entered into a
contract with Ramaiah who is a whole sale shop owner to supply 100 bags of Wheat to
him every day. Dharmesh took token money from Ramaiah as a consideration. The
contract was signed in Belgum on 20-8-2024. After few days that Dharmesh told that he
cannot supply the good to Ramaiah for consideration which he had accepted and he
demanded more amount from the buyer. Ramaiah filed a case against Dharmesh. Draft a
Written statement.

3. Draft an Interlocutory Application requesting for granting of temporary injunction in a


declaratory suit between Prakash and Naresh with respect to a house property situated at
H.No.32, Shivaji Nagar, Nalgonda.

4. Naveen and Shanthi are married according the Hindu ceremonies and registered their
marriage in Hayathnagar in the year 2020. After few years the marriage fell on rocks.
Both husband and wife decide to take divorce. They filed a petition for divorce by mutual
consent. Draft a Mutual Divorce Petition.

5. Draft an affidavit in a maintenance case filed under Hindu Adoption and Maintenance
Act, 1956 between Venu and Sunitha residing in Nalgonda.

6. Mr. Naagaraju married Nirmala according to Hindu rituals, but there were no issued for
them. After few years of their marriage that is in the year December, 2020 Naagaraju
adopted a son from an orphan home without the consent of his wife Nirmala. She wants
to file a case challenging the validity of adoption by Naagaraju. Draft an Original
Petition for Nirmala.

7. Srinivas, a resident of Banjara Hills, everyday he uses to go for a morning walk in a park
which is full of green tress. The residents of whole Banjara Hills use to come to the same
park. Suddenly the government authorities passed an order saying that the park will be
converted into a Hospital because there is no government Hospital for the poor residents
in the locality. Challenging the order of the Government Hospital for the poor residents
in the locality. Challenging the order of the Government Authority Srinivas filed a writ
petition before the Court in Hyderabad. Draft a WRIT Petition under Article 226 of
Constitution of India.

8. Madhavi had lent 1,00,000/- rupees to Mr. Raju on 10-02-2022 by creating a security on
Raju house property which is worth of 1 Crore. Raju fails to pay a debt amount. Madhavi
filed a suit and the decree was passed in her favour. Being a decree holder she wants to
file an execution petition before the Court. Draft an Execution Petition.

9. Mr. Ganesh met with an accident on the road in Nalgonda, Panagal by-pass because of
the negligent driving by Mr. Johny in the year 2020. In the accident he loses his right
leg. He filed a case before the MVC Tribunal which awarded a compensation amount of
Rs.50,000/-. He filed a appeal before the Higher Court challenging that the
Compensation awarded by the Tribunal is not sufficient. Draft a Memorandam of
Appeal.
10. Draft a Caveat Petition in favour of Tarun against Vamshi for his immovable property
situated at Devarakonda.

11. Harsha wife of Venkat resident of Nakerekal lodged a FIR against Venkat alleging that
he has harassed her for more dowry. He subjected her to cruelty. Police framed charge
sheet under Section-85 & 86 of BNS. Draft a Criminal Complaint.

12. Shreya married with Sagar and were residing in Nalgonda, he married to Anaya in
Bombay. Shreya got to know this, she filed criminal complaint against Sagar. Police
Officers arrested him and produce before the Magistrate. He filed a Bail application
before the Magistrate requesting to grant the same. Draft a Bail Application.

13. Kalpana, she is a Political leader. Mohan file a false complaint against Kalpana, she was
involve in the Money laundering case, Before the police could arrest her she filed a bail
application to prevent her arrest. Draft an Anticipatory bail Application.

14. Mr. Kailash filed a complaint against Sreenath under Seciton 138 of Negotiable
Instrument Act, before Judicial Magistrate Court in Devarkonda. Draft a Complaint.

15. Aanand residing in Suryapet member of Joint family, along with him Suresh, Bhanu and
Arjun are also the members of Joint Family. They have 9 acres of Agricultural land in
same vicinity. In 2020 they divided the agricultural land among themselves on the basis
of oral partition, but they failed to enforce the same. After 2 years Aanand asked the
other member to execute a separate partition deed which was denied by the. They said
that they divide the property according to the old partition, but Aanand did not accept
this. He filed a partition suit in Court. Court decreed the suit saying that a now partition
deed must be executed. The defendants filed a revision petition against the order of the
lower Court. Draft a Revision Petition.

CONVEYANCING

Note: Write briefly about the Topic in two pages before writing of each Conveyancing
(related provisions and Acts)
1. Mr. G.Varun S/o. G. Seenaiah, Aged about 43 years and R/o. Nalgonda, is the absolute
owner of the house property worth of Rs. 45,00,000/- located at Nalgonda. He is
interested in selling the property to any potential purchase. Mr. M.Arjun, S/o. M. Vijay,
Aged about 38 years and R/o. Hyderabad, willing to purchase a property at Nalgonda and
that end approached Mr. Varun. Both the parties agreed each other terms in this regard.
Draft an appropriate Sale Deed.

2. For the above facts prepar one Agreement for Sale also.

3. M. Saritha W/o. Late Kishan Rao Aged about 70 years and R/o. Narketpally, the old lady
wanted to draft a will for five children 3 Boys and 2 girls. Due to consecutive health
issued and uncertainty of death, her property included Rs. 50,00,000/- worth of
Immovable property and Rs.25,00,000/- worth of Movable property. She decided to
equally split her immovable property amongst her sons and the movable property among
her daughters. Draft Will Deed as per the facts.

4. Mr. N.Yadagiri S/o. Ramaiah Aged about 45 years and R/o. Nalgonda as wanted to take
the loan of Rs. 10,00,000/- for business from Mr. A. Ramaiah, S/o. A. Rajaiah, aged
about 40 years and R/o. Nalgonda by putting rental building owned by him as security, at
rate of 12% interest per annum for the period of 10 years. Draft a Simple Mortgage
Deed.

5. Mrs. Bhavani in urgency of her personal needs wanted to pledge her jewellery to pawnor
for Rs.5,00,000/-. Draft a Pledge Deed.

6. Mr. T. Prasad S/o. T. Aanadaiah , aged about 45 years and R/o. Nalgonda is interested in
giving his apartment for rent, and Mr. A.Gopal, S/o. Ravi, Aged about 40 years and R/o.
Kodad is willing to take this apartment for business purpose, both agreed for terms of
each other, Draft a Lease Agreement for 5 Years.

7. Lalitha intends to give away the house to her brother;s son out of natural love and
affection. Draft a Gift Deed on behalf of Lalitha.

8. Draft a Trust Deed in the name of Navodaya Charitable Trust to run child orphanage
homes.

9. Ganesh and Naresh brothers want to exchange their houses situated in Nalgonda and
Narketpally respectively. Draft a Deed of Exchange.
10. Neelima who has no children intends to adopt a baby girl from orphanage home. Draft an
Adoption Deed.

11. Anil, Sunil and Kamal want to establish Partnership Firm at Nalgonda, Draft a
Partnership Deed.

12. Mr. N.Ramana Rao, Aged about 45 years, S/o. N. Venkaiah , R/o. Nalgonda took a hand
loan of Rs. 3,00,000/- at the rate of interest of 12% per annum from Mr. P. Saidulu, aged
about 35 years, S/o. P. Narsaiah , R/o. Nalgonda, Occ: Business, for family contingency.
Draft a Promissory Note.

13. Draft a Legal Notice, if non payment of said amount(above said facts).

14. Mr. M.Sumanth Kumar, Aged about 35 years, S/o. Deva Raju, now residing at H.No.523,
Shankar Market, New Delhi, is the Chief Administrative Officer of Standard Medical
Laboratories, New Delhi. He has some properties in Hyderabad, for the management of
his property at Hyderabad, he want to employee Mr. Vikas, Aged about 40 years, S/o.
Ramaiah, Occ: Business, R/o. Hyderabad. Draft a General Power of Attorney.

15. Draft a Special Power of Attorney to sell the only Vacant land in Hayat Nagar in
Hyderabad.
