dcmd supports .buildinfo files since version 2.16.1 (bug #774554), however this
isn't documented anywhere on the man page and so it looks to the user that it
isn't implemented at all. The man page should mention that dcmd has a
--buildinfo parameter that selects .buildinfo files.

This got fixed already, but for the record a policy "should" is
unlikely to ever qualify for a Release Critical severity (i.e. >=
serious). A manpage missing an option like this definitely doesn't.
