Do you have any more information about the company beyond the website. I would like to better understand the products being developed, who the founding team is and understand the vision of the company and how it intends to compete against the behemoths in the access control business.
- Products: We are offering modern lock hardware (which we developed ourselves) and deeply integrated, modern access management solutions. This combination is what enables us to offer much more attractive products that can be integrated into existing customer infrastructure and enables them to save a lot of the costs they currently have for managing access by automating processes that are mostly manual today. It also enables them to be much more flexible in the way access rights are managed and keys are issued, as well as achieving a higher level of security.
- Team: We started about 3 years ago and currently have a team of 15 (2 founders).
- Vision: Long term, we see ourselves as a player in the building automation/"IoT" field, as it turns out locks/doors are an excellent starting point for that.
- Competition: Apart from our products being superior to existing solutions, we are supported by some well-known people in the industry and have a partnership with one of the largest players in the market (they don't make actual lock hardware themselves, so we are not in competition to each other).
