Vote with your wallet, move to Vanuatu. Fine weather, happy people, no income tax, a government so small that the 800 police are also the army. You'll get the joy of being able to keep your entire income (unless you're a landlord). Spend it however you want. Of course, most of the people are subsistence farmers and fishermen, but you'll be able to organise all these private services you want yourself.
