I've pre ordered it, but £280 is quite a large pill to swallow, especially when the US is getting it for $300.

Not sure if that's inflation or brexit or what, but damn.

Will see what happens in the next few weeks before deciding whether to cancel or not.

If £280 is the retail price then it's £233 before VAT (20%) is added. At the current exchange rate that's $283 (US).

it's €320 in France, which seems to be about the same as £280 so I guess brexit has nothing to do with it.

It's a long tradition of making European pay more when it comes to electronics.
