A point as minor as they come, but I really am not a fan of that embedded chapter structure. It's absolutely ok to have multiple sub-topics in a topic (that's why TOC exists in the first place!), but it also makes it so much more enjoyable to read, when you can simply go through text linearly, without worrying about what link on what level you clicked just before that.
