Swift: Google’s Bet on Differentiable Programming
Heard about this a while back but then it went off the radar (from my pov at least). What is the latest from Apple and Google on this?

Apple has little interest in supporting Swift outside of their platforms. Chris Lattner has left Google so the future is uncertain. Maybe thats a pessimistic outlook though.
