Our hiring process starts with a chat from one of our in-house recruiters, then your profile is passed on to the hiring manager, our Head of Engineering. Next, you’ll be paired up with an Engineering Team Lead for an hour-long coding challenge, and from there, move on to another technical interview with the Head of Engineering. Following these interviews, there will be a short Meet n’ Greet to familiarize yourself with other members of our engineering team. On occasion, we may ask you to meet with a few other people during the process, however it is rare that we deviate from the process outlined here.
