Ask HN: Anyone in NYC (manhattan) want to share an office work studio?

I'm starting to come to terms with the fact that my mental health is taking a huge hit because of the current lack of ability to context switch. This is also killing my productivity.

Big offices aren't a thing currently, but what about small offices shared among a small group of regularly tested people?

I enjoy working from home, but only for a few days at a time. I'm proposing that a group of myself and maybe 1-2 other people split a lease for a small office / studio space and schedule certain days a week where one person uses the space. (In order to maintain social distancing etc.). Many NYC hacker spaces have adopted similar policies so why not do this for those who really need an office or dedicated workspace to be productive?

I'll furnish the space and provide cleaning supplies.

Is this idea stupid? If so, please tell me. If you're interested or want to get the ball rolling please comment below or include your email :)

Here's a space I'm currently looking at: https://newyork.craigslist.org/mnh/off/d/new-york-studios-available-at-41-union/7175329407.html

Context switchers unite! We will get through this NYC!
