I didn't see €88k in the video... but I did find it on Amazon!

https://www.amazon.com/Molten-Salt-Loop-40-Liter/dp/B077782Y...

$88,000 + $4.49 shipping.

If you look at the brochure pictures you'll see that that they wrote "two layers of contaminant" instead of "two layers of containment", which is unsettling to me.

My guess is English is not their first language + autocorrect.

I like that Amazon says, "People also buy 'Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt' when buying this product." AI recommendation fail.

Maybe they do?

Gotta love the "Customers also viewed these products" section on that page, for example:

"Salt Block Grilling: 70 Recipes for Outdoor Cooking with Himalayan Salt Blocks"

I've heard that molten salt sous vide cooking is starting to really take off.

I still prefer nuclear.

At 80 seconds in the video he states they sell it for 88k

Thanks

"That's a bargain" :)

Tbh. That looks badass to have in your garage

Is this the most expensive IoT?

amazingly cheap shipping for 900kg device.

and then you can resell it I assume ("used but in good condition, minor wear & tear, hardly noticeable leftovers of thorium salts")
