curious, why TSMC stock price 'v been going low instead of going up? is it due to it is already too high for its value?

its a really weird stock - has been traditionally super undervalued for the longest time. problem is its in taiwan so presumably the historical undervaluation relates to the geopolitical uncertainty surrounding taiwan's chinaness
