Amazon notes "Only 17 left in stock--order soon (more on the way)." Such "free" courses will have a very interesting impact on book sales.

Amazon now states ships in 1 to 3 weeks

and

24 new from $80.00 / 29 used from $51.49

so it won't be hard to get a copy before coursework starts in March.
