If you spend any time on Reels or TikTok you’ll eventually get some kind of self-diagnosed ADHD or anxiety content, memes, jokes, etc. Most of them have nothing to do with any medical ailment, they just present content that’s widely relatable to people depressed and distracted by their phones.
