She was already aware that it is not literally ("kind of") a scam, but pointing out that there is a parallel ("if you sell someone the moon and give them a block of cheese", I believe advertisements were not yet fulfilled in 2021). If she was meant to mercilessly bash V why did she rather mention "there are good ideas there" and give suggestions for improvement?
