Important:
HTML / CSS - semantic, crossbrowser and crossdevice markup
JS - jQuery
PHP - 5.3+
SQL
Git or other source control
Nice to have:
Drupal (API and/or module development experience, for 6 or 7)
SASS or LESS experience
JS Lint
Objective C
Unit Testing
Profiling code
A/B or Multivariate Testing
