I have a lot of these going up in my area, maybe 8 within a block or so, and I don't hate them.

They're simple and modern, which many people I know hate at the moment, but I really enjoy the ground-level retail they've brought along with them.

Now more than ever, we can't really be picky about our housing. It looks fine, it's fairly inexpensive to build, and it provides mixed use.
