The terms can be agreed later but there should be concerned push for peace. EU calls for unconditional ceasefire everywhere they should call it when it happens in their continent as well.

I had a discussion with someone yesterday. I said Russia started the war, but his argument is completely the opposite. People actually believe this and it's getting harder to convince them otherwise.
The whole thing's a mess information wise. I mean the reality is complicated enough plus there are loads of false versions of everything. But it still remains that the 2022 invasion was on Putin's orders and the killing could stop tomorrow if he said to stop it.
