This is ranty, but also quite insightful into how a mistreated developer would feel and should give pause to other designers listening in. For what it's worth, the digital design crusaders have been pushing for tighter integration with developer style tools to make the hand-off more carefree. That being said, I do love to let my mind run wild with ideas and then pass it along to tomorrow me that is tasked with making that happen. It's a shame I have so few people to review code for security, scalability, known conventions and best practises. If it works, I'm happy out.
