Jennifer Vilcarino is a digital news reporter for Education Week. Previously, she was a news fellow at ABC News in New York City, where she wrote and produced stories on breaking news, education, and more. Before that, she worked as a multimedia associate at Americas Society/Council of the Americas, where she produced videos and articles on Latin American politics focusing on Peru and the Latino vote. She graduated in 2022 from The George Washington University of Media and Public Affairs with a bachelor’s degree in political communication.
