The reported Louisiana victory. --The Mobile Advertiser, of the 9th inst., has the subjoined paragraph, which is probably the foundation from which grew the story about Gen. Taylor having captured six thousand prisoners at Donaldsonville, La: We learn that a bearer of dispatches from Gen. Taylor to the Government at Richmond arrived here yesterday.
