Oly'mpius

（*)Olu/mpios), a lawyer, born probably at Tralles in Lydia, in the sixth century after Christ. His father's name was Stephanits, who was a physician (Alex. Trall. De Medic. 4.1, p. 198); one of his brothers was the physician Alexander Trallianus; another the architect and mathematician Anthemius; and Agathias mentions (Hist. v. p. 149, ed. 1660) that his other two brothers, Metrodoruis and Dioscorus, were both eminent in their several professions.

In the article on Soranus, we find: "at this present time (1848)" and this date seems to reflect the dates of works cited. 1873 - probably the printing date.
