Sept. 25. James D. Smith sent to brigade hospital. Eight recruits received; H. N. Bemis, D. A. O'Connor, E. C. Jewell, Cornelius McAuliffe, C. W. Amsden, Daniel Whalen, Alfred C. Billings and D. C. Blackmer.

Sept. 27. Private Henry Murphy detailed to provost marshal's headquarters, 2nd Corps, agreeably to Special Order.

Bastable deserted instead of absent sick, May 19, 1864.
