Arnold the Second has taken his departure, with his family, from Washington. It is in this manner that Lincoln'sLieutenant redeems his Norfolk pledge of helping Lincolncoerce Virginia. It will not be long before the Lieutenant is followed by the Captain, if he is lucky enough to be able to follow.
