Letters for the soldiers.

--We wish our energetic Postmaster could devise some plan to get the letters intended for the soldiery to the Camp-ground, without the trouble of their calling for them at the office in this city. A large majority of the troops are not allowed to leave the encampment, and the idea of establishing a temporary Post-Office thereat would be a good one. All letters marked for soldiers should be delivered at the ground.
