3 P. M.--The Northern members of the Crisis Committee pertinaciously refuse to entertain the Crittenden amendment.

The conservative Kentuckian say there will be an united South in 30 days.

In Committee has adjourned until Thursday the 27th, without any hope of adjustment. Zed.
